About the Role

Our client is seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Global HR team. We’re looking for an organized, energetic independent team member who is passionate about our mission and full of ideas on how to operate a fast paced and equitable recruitment process to attract exceptional talent. This person will be responsible for providing full cycle support for our recruitment, contracting and onboarding processes for permanent employees and contractors in partnership with local leadership in each of our offices. This is a full time role located in New York City and will report to the Global Head of HR.
 

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of our Talent Acquisition Manager can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Performing interviews with candidates
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment and contracting activity


About You

  • 4 years of experiences working with Digital/Creative Agencies preferred but not required
  • Ability to rigorously prioritize, multitask and project manage in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to motivate and influence others and successfully manage relationships.
  • Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Take Initiative, are organized, proactive and have a positive attitude.
  • Tech savvy and enthusiastic about learning new systems.
  • A team member who is innovative, curious, empathetic and constantly looking for new ways to support and attract top talent.
  • Experience working with different time zones and global teams
  • A keen eye for detail and meticulous organization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive company information and high level of integrity
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Greenhouse
