Leader in gaming and driver of the dramatic growth of esports is looking for an experience Office Coordinator to keep our team on track! Your primary function will be to coordinate, schedule, and anticipate the needs of the team to ensure we can efficiently execute on our goals and strategy.

Your primary function will be to coordinate, schedule, and anticipate the needs of the team to ensure we can efficiently execute on our goals and strategy. Your collaborative mindset will help to bridge communication between internal teams, and our external Studio partners. You'll summon your most powerful multitasking skills when you'll be responsible for managing all the logistics and facilitating meetings while simultaneously chasing down anything else that might be missing.  Ideal fit has a background in Gaming or Entertainment!!

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the Leadership team to ensure the team is set up for success 
  • Manage the leadership team's calendar and assist in scheduling team meetings and calls 
  • Facilitate rituals for the team to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of action items 
  • Take meeting notes and action items and ensuring everyone has the correct understanding of what's required to stay on track 
  • Coordinate weekly reports, monthly stakeholder presentations and quarterly reviews 
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder, game and finance reviews 
  • Handle logistics and organization of event and offsite needs for the team. 
  • Ensure the team is celebrating successes and help coordinate team happy hours and dinners 
  • Book team and external partners travel 
  • Travel with the team as needed to provide onsite support during events, prep, production, or post as needed; build and actualize travel budgets. 
  • Assist in assembling documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Organize and maintain the team’s digital archive / cloud drive and physical library. 


Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years in a office manager or development manager, project management or executive assistant role 
  • Your roles have primarily been in the entertainment industry such as games, film, TV, or creative production 
  • Knowledge of the game production lifecycle 
  • Proficiency in Google suite of tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) 
  • Experience booking travel and managing expenses using tools such as Concur Solutions
