Leading international watch company is looking for an Area Sales Manager. The territory covered is Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Northern North Carolina and a bit of West Virginia.

 

The position is based in Philadelphia or Washington DC.

You will be the key point of contact for 30 - 40 points of sale in the region. It is approximately 70% travel.

 

OUTCOMES

  • Ensures the successful execution of an appropriate strategy for the assigned territory as measured by the development and performance of the brand.
  • Strategically frames the delivery of product to reward those partners aligned with the company's vision.
  • Through partnership with appropriate colleagues, ensures to development and delivery of best practice initiatives within the assigned region.
  • In collaboration with regional team colleagues, ensures that relevant and successful shaping of short and long-term strategy and roll-outs are adopted.
  • Ensures the successful, efficient and effective interpretation of Geneva and RUSA Commercial initiatives within assigned region.
  • Ensures that qualitative and quantitative goals as established by Management are achieved.
  • Ensures strategic success in the Company’s distribution strategies.
  • Ensures that the brand image is protected and maintained.
  • Ensures that the company maintains its leadership position in each point of sale. In close collaboration with and support of Jewelers, ensures that the consumer’s journey holistic journey provides a consistent brand experience at all touch points.
  • Ensures that key market intelligence reaches the executive team in a timely manner.
  • Ensures successful collaboration with departments and colleagues to guarantee that assigned markets and regions receive the resources, support, and attention required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • BA degree required
  • 10+ years’ related experience
  • Must be available to travel 70% of the time
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by date of hire
