We are currently seeking an Account Manager with a sharp understanding of the Influencer industry (how it operates, how to navigate the verticals, and who the decision makers are) to join the team. The ideal candidate is a team player that brings a creative and strategic mind, experience & passion for brand marketing, and quick thinking to a fast growing team of professionals.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Core responsibility is to provide support to the team in the efficient workflow of key managerial and administrative tasks that help ensure the client account runs smoothly
  • Authentic understanding of social media, trends, emerging platforms, and social media content creation to help inform client strategy and execution
  • Specific understanding of Influencer marketing, inclusive of: contracting & negotiation, content management, trends, algorithms, measures of success, creator marketplace, and successful and up-and-coming creators
  • Assist and support the Account Director in all tasks involved in managing client briefs and the delivery of work against those briefs
  • Provide key strategic thinking and deliver exceptional service and counsel to clients
  • Provide consistent and clear communication with both client and internal team regarding all
    aspects of the account
  • Guide junior team members to manage projects and timelines, ensuring that projects stay on time
    and within budget
  • Manage all project deliverables and assets, organization and storage with the team leads
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business challenges, their competition, and
    their industry, and translate that knowledge into actionable opportunities for the agency to grow
    the account financially
  • Assist with creation and presentation of program pitches
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Build and nurture productive business relationships with vendors and other outside organizations

Requirements
  • Must have 4-6 years of agency experience with a concentration across social media marketing and influencer marketing
  • At least one year experience on Tik Tok campaigns and/or with Tik Tok creators
  • Phenomenal collaborator and facilitator of collaboration
  • Takes responsibility and ownership for his/her work
  • Identifies opportunities and potential problems, addressing them effectively and efficiently
  • Feels accountable and knows how to ask questions and learn from mistakes
  • Industry relationships and Connections, a plus
  • Strong understanding of social media and PR
  • Excellent communication/client facing skills and able to build trust in the relationships
  • Individual should be curious with an appetite to learn and teach
  • Creative thinker and self-starter
  • Positive, proactive personality
  • BtoC and BtoB experience recommended, but not a mandate
  • Strong team player and proven ability to work independently and with others
