Communications firm specializing in financial services is seeking a talented Account Manager who will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of integrated programs, ensuring that client strategies and tactics are executed on-time, on budget and to the firm's standard.

Account Managers are responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of integrated programs, ensuring that client strategies and tactics are executed on-time, and on budget. As an Account Manager, you’re responsible for delivering results to the client, managing junior team members, and reviewing their work, and being a primary point of contact for the client on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying areas of improvement related to client delivery - such as organizational processes, further education on the clients’ business, executing higher-quality work

  • Participating in new business opportunities either as requested or voluntarily

  • Ability to provide proactive consultation to the client on integrated marketing and communications methods (paid, owned, earned or shared

  • Ability to lead a multi-channel program on behalf of a client

  • Developing strong working relationships with the main client point of contact that the firm works with on a daily basis

  • Reviewing work being produced by the team to ensure output is up to the firm's standards

  • Partnering with senior leaders to define individual team member role

  • Successfully manages account teams on a daily basis
