Account Managers are responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of integrated programs, ensuring that client strategies and tactics are executed on-time, and on budget. As an Account Manager, you’re responsible for delivering results to the client, managing junior team members, and reviewing their work, and being a primary point of contact for the client on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identifying areas of improvement related to client delivery - such as organizational processes, further education on the clients’ business, executing higher-quality work
Participating in new business opportunities either as requested or voluntarily
Ability to provide proactive consultation to the client on integrated marketing and communications methods (paid, owned, earned or shared
Ability to lead a multi-channel program on behalf of a client
Developing strong working relationships with the main client point of contact that the firm works with on a daily basis
Reviewing work being produced by the team to ensure output is up to the firm's standards
Partnering with senior leaders to define individual team member role
Successfully manages account teams on a daily basis
